Mad Max – 1979
In dystopian Australia, cop Max Rockatansky hunts Toecutter’s biker gang after they kill his partner Goose. When the gang murders his wife and son, Max quits the force. Driven by vengeance, he pursues them in high-speed chases, eliminating each member. Broken by violence, Max wanders the wasteland, a solitary survivor seeking peace.

Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior – 1981
In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, loner Max scavenges fuel. He aids a refinery community besieged by Humungus’s marauders, retrieving a semi-truck for their escape. Driving the tanker in a brutal highway chase, Max outwits the gang. The tanker holds sand; fuel is smuggled. Max, betrayed and alone, fades into legend.

Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome – 1985
Wanderer Max enters Bartertown, ruled by Aunty Entity. Coerced to fight Master-Blaster in the Thunderdome, he’s exiled after showing mercy. Rescued by tribal kids, he leads them to free Master, escaping via train. In a chaotic pursuit, Max sacrifices himself, delaying Aunty, allowing the group to rebuild in Sydney’s ruins.

Captured by tyrant Immortan Joe, Max becomes a blood bag. Furiosa flees with Joe’s wives in her War Rig, aiming for the Green Place. Max joins her in a relentless desert chase, battling Joe’s forces. They seize the Citadel after epic warfare, freeing its people. Max vanishes into the crowd.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga – 2024
Kidnapped from the Green Place, young Furiosa sees her mother die. Traded to Immortan Joe, she escapes, rises as a warrior, and masters the War Rig. After mentor Jack’s death, she defeats warlord Dementus, who killed her mother. Planting a seed in him, Furiosa seeks justice, later aiding Joe’s wives.
